About the hotel
Stay with us and enjoy Madrid at a walking distance. We are located at the Puerta del Sol, right in the center of the city. From here you can comfortably stroll to Museo del Prado, Museo Thyssen, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor or the City Hall. If you are in Madrid for a fair or congress, you will find the perfect communications.
After a busy day comes the rest in our rooms, featuring fully equipped bathrooms. If you need to work, you can make use of our free wi-fi internet connection. We will also recommend you the best restaurants, shows and events in the city, and we will take care of your reservations for bullfighting events or football matches. If you prefer playing golf, we are just 12 minutes away from one of the best courses in Europe.

Restaurants and Bars
Enjoy our assorted buffet breakfast with fruit, cheese and juices. We make daily fruit salads, cakes etc. The Hotel Moderno uses only extra virgin olive oil and first class products.
Directions
From the airport (A2 Barcelona):
Enter the M40 highway from any direction. Once there, follow direction A3 and A4 (Valencia and Andalucía). Exit Vicalvaro-O’Donnell. In the roundabout, take exit O’Donnell until Calle Alcalá, and from there straight to Puerta del Sol. You will find the hotel in the corner with Calle Arenal (Arenal 2).
